Here is the information he gave us: You debited me on 14/11/2022 the sum of €3 then the sum of €33 on the same day and on 27/11/2022 the sum of €33, i.e. a total from 69€.
I have never subscribed to any "subscription" with your services.
Also I ask you to cancel any withdrawal from my account and to reimburse me within eight days (8 days) of the sums withdrawn.
Without action on your part, I will file a complaint with the public prosecutor and the CNIL for theft and fraud. Waiting for your response.
