MANUALIZ: understand where this purchase comes from

Your bank account shows a MANUALIZ credit card payment and you wonder what it is? This is probably due to a subscription on a website. These subscriptions are very frequent and it is sometimes so easy to subscribe that we do not notice it, or later. It is sometimes a different operation: perhaps you subscribed to a trial offer where you entered your bank card in order to participate in a contest.

If you want to stop MANUALIZ payments, nothing could be simpler: read the following.

Stop payments MANUALIZ

No need to worry, unsubscribing from MANUALIZ is not complicated and no administrative procedure is to be expected. Simply contact the team via their website and as soon as the unsubscription is registered, purchases will be stopped.

Don't want to contact them directly? Online tools are specialized for this. For example the team of I stop the costs!, will be happy to help you cancel your subscription for you. The service is chargeable but you don't have to do anything other than contact them.

Where can I find contact information to unsubscribe from MANUALIZ?

The MANUALIZ email address can be found on their site.

Subscription sites like the one you subscribed to offer different ways to contact them. The email address can be found on their site, often on their contact page where you will also sometimes find a contact form and their phone number. However, in order to leave a written record, we recommend that you send an email or complete their contact form. This information can be found on one of the pages of the site, but you will sometimes have to log in, and therefore find your access to the customer account to access it. Feel free to browse the whole site to find the contact information sometimes buried under lots of other information.

What appeals are possible against MANUALIZ?

Did you notice recurring payments on your bank account a little late and several sums have been withdrawn? It is normal to want to try to get reimbursed by taking legal action against the site that charged you. However, if you are at the origin of the purchase, that is to say that nobody stole or hacked your card, the procedures will not succeed. Indeed you are probably at the very origin of the purchase on this site. This is certainly not identity theft or credit card theft. By agreeing to pay you have then accepted the conditions of sale (the T&Cs that too few people read), you are therefore committed to paying.

We invite you to contact your bank in order to obtain more information and to be made aware of this type of purchase on the Internet.

One last piece of advice: how to protect yourself from future unknown withdrawals?

Rule number 1 is to know and understand where you enter your credit card details on the internet. For this, two main principles:

  1. Consult the legal notices and general conditions of sale of the site on which you wish to make a purchase (you generally find the links to these pages at the bottom of the websites). You can also enter the site name into a search engine to view reviews.
  2. remember that nothing is free ! Don't fall into the trap of thinking that you are THE lucky one who won a smartphone or a trip. That you can access free services that are normally paid for (whether streaming series or films, dating sites, clairvoyance consultations, sports coaching or any other service). If you are asked to pay a small amount with your credit card (for a trial offer, to pay shipping costs or for any other reason), make sure it's not a commercial mechanic to subscribe to a service for which you will be billed monthly.

      Hello,
On May 14, 2023, you debited my bank card without my giving you authorization and above all without having made a purchase of €47,90.
I bring to your attention that it is an offense which is reprehensible by law because it is a fraud and a breach of trust since you have diverted money from our bank account, I specify without my agreement.
I also ask you to bring me the proof of this transaction and of the possible purchase which does not exist.
I ask you, Madam or Sir, to kindly reimburse me for this €47,90 as soon as possible, failing which I will file a complaint for embezzlement with the judicial authorities and the General Directorate for the Repression of Fraud.
I also ask you to stop any direct debit via my credit card on my bank account.
I await your response by return to my mailbox at the address indicated below.
      Thanking you in advance,
      Sincerely,
      Annie Vanderpotte

At the same time I have been mailed, I am loaded with my card of €47,90 without my authorization. It's curious because you don't have my card or my secret number, so that you have the least number of people who have facilitated my card number and the bank you pay is 100% sure that your purchase is authorized.

As if there are guilty parties, who communicate with my card number, business, bank, WEB portal, and the bank that is not monitored
the legality of the purchase, and at the end of the day the user does not matter, the system is poorly thought out without any doubt and the drones are safe and are damaged by it.

      Response,
